VERITAS takes part in a training for arbitrators of the arbitration court

28 and 29 September 2017, a chief lawyer of VERITAS Anastasya Volosatova took part in a training for lawyer and arbitrators on the topic ‘Preparation of decisions of the Arbitration Court’.

The training was attended by the active arbitrators of the International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and lawyers with a view to forming and developing practical skills in preparing a motivated and enforceable decision of the arbitration court. During the training, the participants learned how to write an arbitration award, so that such a decision could be enforced as in Kyrgyzstan as abroad.
