VERITAS Law Agency takes part in seminer of mediation

On December 17, 2016, Senior Partner of the “VERITAS” Law Agency Mrs. Natalia Galliamova and Elena Bit – Avragim, Managing Partner of the “VERITAS” Law Agency participated in the public seminar “Mediation as an effective way to resolve disputes.”

Seminar was organised by the National Center for Mediation (www.mediationkg.com).

In the seminar matters about the concept and importance of mediation, who can become a mediator and the scope of application of the mediation as well as the advantages of mediation discussed.

It is important to note that the draft law “On Mediation” is currently being under discussion in the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Introduction of mediation will be an important element in the resolution of conflicts in various areas of relationships.
