VERITAS lawyer take part in the hands-on workshop

Elena Babitskaya, Managing Partner and Elena Bit-Avragim, Partner of VERITAS Law Agency took part in the hands-on workshop “International arbitration: from drafting arbitration clause to the enforcement of arbitral award” that took place in Bishkek.

In the course of the workshop the head of the CIS international arbitration practice of international law firm INTEGRITES, Kiev, Ukraine, together with the workshop participants discussed the practical specifics of dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration, as well as the matters pertaining to foreign arbitral awards recognition and enforcement.

The representatives of VERITAS Law Agency shared their hands-on experience as the arbitrators of the International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Trade and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On workshop completion the participants were issued certificates.
