VERITAS took part in a round table discussion on «Fair judicial practice as a factor of economic growth and confidence of entrepreneurs»

12 December 2018, Elena Bit-Avragim, the Managing partner of Veritas Law Agency participated in a round table on «Fair judicial practice as a factor of economic growth and confidence of entrepreneurs».

During the round table meeting, representatives of business associations, state bodies, and entrepreneurs exchanged views on the law enforcement practice and commercial courts, the protection of property rights of investors. The participants were provided with information on the development of a draft Business Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Following the discussion, the participants approved the Resolution and proposals for further actions.

The round table was organised on the initiative of National Business Club with the support of international organisations.
