VERITAS organizes training on the topic “Arbitration court: from arbitration clause to award execution”

On November 18-19 2016 VERITAS Law Agency jointly with the Training Centre of Advocates under the Bar of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Bar of the Kyrgyz Republic organizes training on the topic “Arbitration court: from arbitration clause to award execution”.

Goals of the training:

To show to participants how to apply of basic principles and rules of arbitration proceedings, including preparation of the text of an arbitration clause, drafting of initial competitive arbitration papers as well as participation of parties in hearings within imagined arbitration process.

Trainers are happy to share wide experience on:

how to avoid usual mistakes in drafting arbitration clause;
what are peculiarities of arbitration proceedings;
what are specifics of the procedure of arbitral awards execution.
How to register:

Participants shall pay registration fee and send a copy of document confirming the payment to e-mail address: office@centradvokatov.kg along with the letter containing information on the name of participant, place of work, position, phone, e-mail.
