VERITAS lawyer take part in workshop

VERITAS lawyers take part in  workshop titled “Companies’ legal due diligence in M&A transactions and legal due diligence report. Transaction structuring under English law” that took place in Bishkek.

During the workshop, the representatives of Everlegal law company (Ukraine) together with the workshop participants discussed the key areas of corporate law and M&A transactions, competition and commercial law, as well as certain aspects of structuring transactions under English law.

Following the workshop all the participants were awarded certificates.
