Specializes in civil, investment, banking, tax, contractual, labor laws, as well as in securities law. Joined VERITAS in 2014.

Prior to her work at VERITAS, she used to work at large Kyrgyz banks.

The legal practice covers a wide range of commercial law matters and includes the matters of legal regulation in banking and financial activities.

Took part in the development of multiple draft laws that regulate banks and banking activities.

Represents clients’ interests in the courts of all instances, as well as provides advice and acts as an expert in arbitration (commercial and investment) disputes.

Since 2002, Elena Bit-Avragim is a practicing Arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

Elena Bit-Avragim graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University, Law Department (1991). Completed training at the Practising Law Institute, USA.
