Took part in the development of many draft laws that regulate civil and legal, as well as tax relations. Is an editor of the Commentary to the fundamental legislative act of the Kyrgyz Republic – Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Incumbent member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) in London.  Practicing arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.  Arbitrator of the IUS International Court of Arbitration (Russia-Kazakhstan). Arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.  Arbitrator of the International Center for Dispute Resolution under the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Currently, she also holds the position of the deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
